    What is a screener survey?

Posted by Offer Tsuriel on October 7, 2009

Screener survey is a short list of question in order to determine whether you are eligible to take the actual paid survey. Why survey companies force you to take the screener survey prior letting you take the actual paid survey? Any survey has its agenda, for example if the survey company published a survey ragarding taking a chinese language learning course, they want to make sure that you are not a Chinese origin, otherwise this survey will be worthless for you and they will loose their money.

TIP: Screener survey will usually ask you if you work in a certain industry, or any type of market research or advertising business. Answering yes will automatically NOT qualify you for survey. Why? Because market research company does not need a person who know marketing research business to answer their surveys.

Screener survey structure is very alike the actual paid survey, except it much shorter and the questions point to your personal situation and not for your opinion.

Important! Sometimes publishers, like myself, allow survey takers to see the actual survey terms of eligibility in order to ease the survey taker, but still if you surf the Internet not from country which is qualifies, you will be unable to take this particular survey because of the IP tracking from the survey company.

Visit my Solo Surveys page to find out how you can increase your chances to get paid for taking paid surveys while you already presented with the survey eligibility terms.
